IN LINE features a selection of works on paper and in other media by 12 artists from Canada, the United States and Brazil. The exhibition focuses on the complex potential of simple lines to record, demonstrate and express inner and outer worlds. Conceptually and physically diverse in their approaches to line, the artists in this exhibition create individual vocabularies that range from the meditative to the demonstrative, to make abstract images or realist depictions
